The plenary sessions on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 June will take place at the Carrousel du Louvre – 99, rue de Rivoli – Paris 75001 The Carrousel du Louvre is part of a unique cultural and historical area in the heart of Paris ( Louvre Museum, Tuileries Gardens, place Vendôme etc.). The bottom part of the famous glass Pyramide du Louvre (Louvre Pyramide) is visible from one wing of the business center. The Carrousel du Louvre includes an extensive exhibition space where major annual events are held.
Intercontinental Paris le Grand – 2 rue Scribe – Paris 75009
With floodlit views of the Opera House, this superbly renovated luxury hotel is at the heart of Parisian society. Scribe Paris Opéra – 1 rue Scribe – Paris 75009
The Hotel Scribe Paris was in 1863 the home of the very aristocratic Jockey Club. Hotel of legend, the Hotel Scribe was also the stage of modernity where the cinema was born on December, 28th 1895, then a favourite place for artists and celebrities such as Joséphine Baker. A long tradition of excellence in the art of living awaits you in this grand 19th-century building. The entire decoration is the work of the French decorator Jacques Grange. From the very entrance, with its checkered stone floors, fluted columns, and huge crystal chandeliers, visitors are immersed in elegance, stylishness, and light.
The Westin Paris Vendôme – 3 rue Castiglione – Paris 75001
The Westin Paris – Vendôme, has a prestigious location on the Right Bank, across from the Jardin des Tuileries and two blocks from Place Vendôme and Place de la Concorde.. It was designed by Charles Garnier’s son-in-law Henri Blondel and was intended to be the most luxurious hotel in Paris in the XIX Century. The Hôtel remained the largest hotel in Paris for decades; the Russian Grand Dukes habitually stayed there.

Return trips by bus will be organised between the different venues:
Intercontinental, Scribe hotels ⇄ Carrousel and Gala Dinner
Westin hotel ⇄ Gala Dinner
You will be given the timetables for these transfers upon arrival.
Transfers from the airport ⇄ to Paris are not included.
For participants transferring directly from the airport to the conference venue (recommended): A luggage room will be at their disposal at the Carrousel du Louvre conference venue. Their luggage will be registered and transferred to their hotel.
